BLDC Fan Production: A Precision Journey from Parts to Cool Breeze
In our factory, which specializes in BLDC fan manufacturing, each fan is produced through 12 key steps. Precision manufacturing and the dedication of craftsmen are integrated into every process, ensuring that the cool breeze is the product of a rigorous and organized production process.
I. Raw Material Testing: The "First Step" of Quality
Production begins with incoming raw material testing (corresponding to step 1 in the image). Each batch of raw materials entering the factory undergoes rigorous screening using specialized equipment and standardized procedures. Only materials that meet quality standards are allowed to enter subsequent production. This step establishes the most fundamental line of defense for fan quality.

II. Preliminary Manufacturing of Core Motor Components
(1) Stator Winding: Initial Construction of the Motor's "Heart"
Entering stator winding short-circuit production, workers, with skilled craftsmanship and precise operation, wind the stator coils. This step is the foundation of the BLDC motor power system, providing the initial "skeleton" of the motor's "heart."

(2) Rotor Processing: From Production to Balancing and Testing
Rotor Production: Completes the initial rotor manufacturing, creating the prototype of the fan power component.
Rotor Dynamic Balancing Test (Components) and Rotor Dynamic Balancing Adjustment: Through testing, we identify any points of rotor imbalance and then make targeted adjustments to ensure more stable rotor operation and ensure stable fan airflow.

III. Motor Assembly: Component Integration
(1) Stator and Rotor Installation
Stator Installation: Precisely assemble the wound stator into its proper position, paving the way for the complete motor assembly.
Rotor Installation: Combine the adjusted rotor with the stator. The core power component of the BLDC motor gradually transforms from discrete components into a coordinated, integrated "heart."
(2) Motor Assembly and Testing
Motor Assembly: After installing the stator and rotor, the motor is assembled to form a complete motor. During this process, an 1800V withstand voltage test (for components) is also conducted to check the motor's insulation performance and ensure electrical safety.

IV. Finished Product Inspection: Multi-layer "Quality Screening"
(1) Finished Product Electrical Performance Testing
After motor assembly is complete, the finished product inspection phase begins. First, the ground resistance test (finished product) and the leakage current test (finished product) are conducted. Potential hazards, such as grounding safety and current leakage, are identified to provide a "double insurance" for safe fan operation.

V. Finished Product Assembly, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
(1) Finished Product Assembly and Appearance Enhancement
After completing core performance testing, the fan enters the packaging process, gradually transforming from discrete components into a complete, market-ready finished product, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality.
(2) Storage and Logistics Integration
Storage (Steps 11-1, 11-2, 11-3): Finished products are properly stored in the warehouse according to specifications to ensure the integrity of goods awaiting shipment.
Loading: Through an efficient loading process, fans are integrated with logistics, ensuring safe and timely delivery to the market. This transforms the "meticulous manufacturing" of the factory into a "cool breeze" for users.
From rigorous raw material testing to the orderly execution of the 12 major steps, the production of each BLDC fan is a fusion of professional processes and ingenuity. This is our commitment to our products, and we want our users to feel that behind every ray of cool air lies the factory's dedication to quality and our sincerity in delivering a "good fan" to their doorstep.
