Yes, we support customized production. As an original factory with independent R&D and production capabilities, we can customize the appearance design, functional configurations (such as timing modes and wind speed levels), voltage specifications (adapted to different countries and regions), and logo marks of our fans (from 10-inch rechargeable fans to 36-inch BLDC industrial fans) according to buyers' specific requirements. During the customization process, we will strictly follow our existing quality control standards to ensure that the quality of customized products is consistent with that of regular products.

All our exported fan products are equipped with internationally recognized quality certification certificates, including CE (covering EMC, RED, and LVD), RoHS, ERP, etc. During procurement, we can provide buyers with complete compliance documents, including product certification certificates, factory inspection reports, material safety certificates, and relevant documents required for customs export. These documents ensure that our products meet the import compliance requirements of the buyers' target countries and regions.

We provide comprehensive after-sales support services. Firstly, if the products are damaged due to packaging issues during transportation, we will provide free replacement of new products. Secondly, if there are non-human-induced quality problems with the products during use, within the warranty period (the warranty period varies from 1 to 2 years for different products, subject to the terms of the contract), we can provide free repair services, replacement of core components, or negotiate return and exchange according to the buyers' needs. Meanwhile, we have a dedicated after-sales team that can respond quickly via email, online communication, and other channels to assist in resolving after-sales issues.

Our self-developed 36-inch BLDC industrial fan has significant advantages. In terms of performance, it adopts a self-developed BLDC motor, which offers higher operational stability and a wider range of wind speed adjustment (supporting 1-6 precise speed levels). With an air supply distance of up to 15-20 meters, it can meet the ventilation needs of large spaces. In terms of energy efficiency, compared with traditional AC motors, the BLDC motor reduces energy consumption by 30%-40%, which can help buyers save a large amount of electricity costs in long-term use. At the same time, the motor noise is controlled below 60 decibels, achieving both high efficiency and low noise.

The production cycle for bulk procurement depends on the order quantity and product type. Under normal circumstances, the bulk production cycle for 10-inch rechargeable fans is 7-35 days (depending on the order quantity). Due to the more complex production process, the production cycle for 36-inch BLDC industrial fans is 15-35 days (transportation time not included in both cases). We have standardized production workshops and sufficient raw material inventory, and the entire production process is supervised by our QC team. We can strictly follow the delivery time agreed in the contract to advance production, ensuring that orders are completed on time and export transportation is arranged. For urgent orders, we can negotiate priority production scheduling.

Yes, we can provide samples for quality inspection. Buyers can select samples of any model, such as 10-inch rechargeable fans or 36-inch BLDC industrial fans. The sample fee is charged at the cost price (the sample fee can be refunded after the completion of bulk procurement). Regarding the shipping procedure, after confirming the sample requirements, we will complete the sample production and quality inspection within 3 working days, and then ship the samples via international couriers (such as DHL and FedEx). The shipping cost can be borne by the buyer or negotiated between both parties. Meanwhile, we will provide a tracking number to facilitate buyers in real-time tracking of the logistics progress.
